Many thanks to the maintenance guys who in a friendly, efficient manner fixed our little issues. Have recently moved in here and happy to know we have that support.
UPDATE: they shut our water off with no notice! The front desk did not care and refused to help us. They refuse to even contact us regarding our complaints. Do not live here. We made the mistake of resigning our lease. For the past 2 months these things have been sitting on our patio- no word from anyone. Then, we constantly have water issues. I had an exam in the morning… then at 3 am theres a bunch of water gushing all over our bathroom floor. It happened twice! Moving in was a nightmare. No word from anyone on if we were ... read more
The place is so awful for 1300/mo that when I visit other comparably priced apartments I’m jealous. The things that contribute to this include: Dog poop all over, the pool being closed half the summer with geese poop all over the walkway, the exterior doors didn’t shut properly until maintenance came twice, they left dusty insulation all over my back patio and lawn and dangerously heavy tall black cylinders in the middle of my back patio for 2 months! Resident since 2022, will not be Renewing Lease for a 4th time. Relocating soon due to Steady down slide of negative changes with property & onsite management. My view of the Pond and ALL of its Inhabitants Aquatic, Avian and Furries use to bring me such Peace & Joy...until very Disruptive & Disrespectful people who may or may not be tenants began to Loiter, Hangout & Sit directly below my balcony and bedroom window which looks directly onto the Pond, with loud playing music and loud mouths, sometimes profane...with blankets... read more
