I have lived here for 6+ years and never had an issue with package delivery. If a package has been delivered incorrectly in the past the recipient has brought it to me. Now we have people received and keeping packages that don't belong to them. When management was made aware they simply don't respond and offer no assistance. Really disappointing and would no longer recommend living here.
Melanie was fantastic to work with. There were a couple little hiccups during the entire process but she helped me navigate through everything with ease. I'm settling in and am quite happy here!
