The staff and apartment manager are horrible!!!! They refused to believe that our upstairs neighbors were being extremely noisy, even though we had probably a dozen videos of them stomping like crazy. The apartment manager informed me that she personally inspected the sub floor and that there's nothing wrong with them. It's not the subfloors, genius, its the people living there.
