Staff are helpful and friendly. I love that they send me tracking info so I can keep track of when my prescription will arrive.
Workers are unprofessional talking about their personal life with another patient just tying up the line
Not terribly happy with them right now. This is the first time I've dealt with them. Farragut ENT sent a script to them (twice) via fax to deal with a chronic sinus infection I'm trying to get rid of. Person at Fountain claimed that they didn't get it until Thursday and my visit with Farragut was the previous Monday. The person even said that they had to call Farragut, which would be very strange as how would they know to do so unless they did have the script.
