Black mold in the washer machine in a “move in ready” unit. Leaking ac units, backed up sinks, and poorly constructed counters/drawers. This place is horrible wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Took them a week to fix any of it but would say that someone would be here everyday. They didn’t replace anything not even the washer machine linear. 0/5 stars but the lowest I can rate is one.
