Maintenance is always on top of every request i’ve had. They always fix the problem within 24hrs and communicate thoroughly if they can’t.
If I could give Zero stars I would! Jessica Tolbert has a contract with a tow company that STALKS the lot! Last year I was allowed to park there in their EMPTY lot because of my handicapped placard and I was working an event. Today, with my handicapped placard (bad hips, bad knees and back) I started getting towed, even though I'm ADA, they do NOT care! The tow guy is a piece of work (soulless, seriously), the things he said to me... absolutely disrespectful and HEARTLESS! I will NEVER do any business with them, RUN!
