Lived here in the apartment complex since around 2017 or 2018. And I must say since Jessica has come on as manager things have definitely improved! Her team does what they say they will do and fix issues timely and the maintenance team is excellent.
The new guy in the office makes all kind of promises, but never comes through with it. It took me to have to call the girl that just got back off a maternity leave to have it done after a couple months of him, promising me that they would come up, that man. He doesn't need to be here. He is rude obnoxious, and he does nothing that he says he's going to do. We love Jessica and the other little girl in the office. But that man has no place here. The next time he screams at me, I am going to scream back
