My vehicle was towed from the Fountainhouse Apartments residential overflow lot without the notice required under NRS 706.4477. Although this is residential parking, Fountainhouse Apartments has worked with its tow company to treat the area as “private parking” in order to justify immediate, unauthorized tows. Management has falsely claimed these tows were approved for immediate removal, resulting in predatory towing practices. I lived here from November 2024 until December 2025. Pros: - The unit is nice, spacious for the price with nice amenities. - Maintenance is quick. - It's very quiet. Yes, even with the events they have around Victorian Square. - The NEW Property manager, Tasheena, is great. She's very professional and kind. The apartment is beautiful
I want to start off by saying this place has a SERIOUS pigeon problem. If you want to use your balcony, I would consider renting somewhere else- because these pigeons WILL be having extremely loud intercourse 24/7 and spreading their disease-ridden feces on your outdoor furniture to the point where you can’t even sit outside.
