very poor customer service. I explained to them the power cord for the electric pump sphere I bought from Fountain pumphead group inc Was getting extremely hot and started to smell so for safety reasonsI stopped using it. When they said they were gonna ship me out a new power cord they never did. I called and explained I never received a replacement cord under warranty. Then they told me I would have to pay for i So now I have one of their products that Is useless what a waste of money.
