Vinita and her assistant are amazing. I been here for 3 years and I still love out here. Peace and quiet. I moved in here and wanted a balcony. But it wasn’t ready. 3 years later Vinita and her assistant came through and I can’t forget the maintenance guy who came through too. They are so polite and kind to everyone who comes through the door. Be honest they’re the best management team I seen. And yes, I moved into my balcony Friday on 9/26/2025 and I’m loving it. This is my last move. Thank you guys🥰
I recently raised a complaint in my apartment, and the management team addressed it promptly and efficiently. They also accommodated my request to replace the vinyl flooring, which was completed to my satisfaction. I truly appreciate the professionalism and support provided by both the management and maintenance teams.
Finding myself unexpectedly without housing, Fountainhead management and staff made my transition seamless and have been there to support me in other ways as well. I am very impressed. And they continue to do updates and improvements to the facility. The neighbors are all so kind and so respectful. I highly recommend Fountainhead to anyone looking for a home.
