Vanita and the maintenance crew are a super diligent, top-tier crew! They are on top of tasks, friendly, understanding and prioritize the community here. Very happy that they are the ones managing + maintaining this property. I wouldn't have stayed here any longer if it wasn't for them.
I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews lately. I just moved in and the staff have been wonderful. Management has been friendly. The apartment I am living in was up to date and clean. They just updated the patios and it's very nice to be able to go outside and admire the views. Love the apartment complex and also like the management team Josh and Vanita They're so incredibly sweet, welcoming and very helpful! The apartment complex is extremely clean and quiet. I would highly recommend them!
Only good thing I can think about for this apartment is the monthly rent price. Yes, that’s a bat in the apartment complex. Yes, that’s the gym showers. Yes, that’s a crime scene that involved a gun shooting that was posted on Facebook. Yes, that’s how they handle packages ,no storage for packages. Parking lots are always crowded with non operating and expired tab vehicles meaning you have to park all the way in the back where it’s sketchy with no visibility IF you can find a parking spot. I am a few months out of this apartment but it was by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived it. The fiber internet hookup was the only reason I stayed as long as I did. The only pro. The cons: Parking is a nightmare, never enough spots, fire lanes always blocked. If you had to leave after about 5pm or so, good luck. There were always screaming kids in the hallways, once they hit me in the head with a ball while their parents watched and said nothing.
