Relocated to Colorado from Texas (May 2023)– Online search led to multiple apartment listings in Denver including Fountainhead Apartments. I received quick email responses from apartment manager KC while requesting rental information and schedule of office visit. I love how spacious the studios in this building are, with plenty of large windows (most of them facing two streets, 13th and Washington). From the front of the building, you can even see the State Capitol! What really stands out to me is the amazing management (especially Kc!) and the super responsive and helpful maintenance team. In terms of price, I think it’s a great deal for the apartment and location combination.
