I am very impressed with the management of the Fountainhead Apartments. As a long-time resident (over 10 years), I've seen several managers come and go, but KC has been one of the best. Whenever there's a maintenance or other issue, it's dealt with in short order by him. Tony, the maintenance technician, is top-notch, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking care of issues quickly with a smile. After all these years, I'm still a happy tenant and plan on being so for some time!

Relocated to Colorado from Texas (May 2023)– Online search led to multiple apartment listings in Denver including Fountainhead Apartments. I received quick email responses from apartment manager KC while requesting rental information and schedule of office visit. KC worked quickly to speed up the application process due to paying a $900.00 weekly hotel rate. A 1-year lease was signed. I love how spacious the studios in this building are, with plenty of large windows (most of them facing two streets, 13th and Washington). From the front of the building, you can even see the State Capitol! What really stands out to me is the amazing management (especially Kc!) and the super responsive and helpful maintenance team. In terms of price, I think it’s a great deal for the apartment and location combination.
