My first visit to Equus yesterday for a friends birthday.We ordered the french dip . We got lots of food. the "dip" was very good but the presentation was below par.Meat and potatoes. No imagination of how to make it appetising, like adding a slice of tomato or some greenery.Your chef needs to look at some other wine country restaurants and the presentation of their dishes.
