Had to replace my kitchen faucet myself and pay out of pocket $367 as it wasn’t fixed maintenance only tighten a screw but didn’t fix it came right off old original faucet over 16 years old was leaking underneath. Cheap management but they can keep raising the rents on 55 and older on a fixed income no wonder why so many people are moving out can’t afford it.
