I’ve lived in five different apartment complexes, and this is by far the worst experience. On August 25, I contacted Fountaingate manager Susan about my deposit refund, a month after moving out. She said $150 would be deducted for cat-damaged blinds, which I accepted. However, I had paid a $250 deposit plus a $300 deposit at move-in for an apartment that was filthy and nonfunctional. I have never had a problem with the staff at fountain gate from the office staff to the janitor I say awesome thank you all for all you do.all

My kitchen sink and dishwasher have been leaking/flooding my kitchen since August 12th. The property manager has no sense of urgency in getting anything solved. I've opened so many tickets, and they just get closed. She refuses to give me a number or email for me to send a formal complaint to corporate because "we don't give out the corporate info, we never get complaints." Taryn is wonderful. Susan, not so much. I've been here almost two years, and will not be here for a 3rd.
