My kitchen sink and dishwasher have been leaking/flooding my kitchen since August 12th. The property manager has no sense of urgency in getting anything solved. I've opened so many tickets, and they just get closed. She refuses to give me a number or email for me to send a formal complaint to corporate because "we don't give out the corporate info, we never get complaints." Taryn is wonderful. Susan, not so much. I've been here almost two years, and will not be here for a 3rd.
Don't move here for the pools. They will never have them open

So where should we start. When I first moved into my unit it wasn’t clean. My mom had to help me clean it better because it was still dirty, but it wasn’t a big deal, it was whatever. So all the issues I had living here were my work orders NEVER got complete, I never received a new mail key when mine got damaged, meaning I had to l go to the office to get my mail, or wait till the weekdays if it arrived during the weekend.
