I have never had a problem with the staff at fountain gate from the office staff to the janitor I say awesome thank you all for all you do.all
My kitchen sink and dishwasher have been leaking/flooding my kitchen since August 12th. The property manager has no sense of urgency in getting anything solved. I've opened so many tickets, and they just get closed. She refuses to give me a number or email for me to send a formal complaint to corporate because "we don't give out the corporate info, we never get complaints." Taryn is wonderful. Susan, not so much. I've been here almost two years, and will not be here for a 3rd.
Don't move here for the pools. They will never have them open
We need security lights at night please,it's looking like a ghost town at night peach black with no lights.This is not safe
