Choosing to store my valuables at Fountainbleau Storage was the worst decision I made in 2017. My unit was broken into while the security gate was broken open. No one from FS notified me my unit was no longer secure. After my unit was broken into, FS waived no storage fees or did anything else to make the situation right. When I went back to clear my unit out my lock had been swapped to "secure the unit" though the lock was not the issue it was the latch.
