Current Resident Management here is extremely poor. Had many issues with my apartment, including leaking/cracking ceilings, leaking A/C unit, bug problems, and extremely loud and sketchy neighbors. There is no on-call maintenance despite what is advertised, and the "maintenance" that is available is not helpful. Management once sent a police officer to "fix" my leaking ceiling: he told me to use a bucket to catch the water and hope it stopped. Avoid this property and save yourself the trouble. Not worth the increased prices.

Review from a resident I am a current resident at long leaf pointe and we love all the new updates. My roommate and I have been here for about a year now and we have been really happy with all the new updates around the apartments which makes it so much nicer and the new management is amazing, so nice and friendly and we have never had any problems being able to contact them if we have maintenance problems.

Lived here for 2 years bc attended USM There are so many things wrong with both the units I lived in while at Fountainbleau. Both units were filthy when I moved in. They were missing doorknobs, Had cracks in the windows, the nastiest bathroom, grout, & shower heads, not to mention none of the units have a living room light, and I wouldn’t touch the dishwasher with a 10 foot pole. Safe and convenient for USM student I moved to Hattiesburg in May of 2016 and love the town and my apartment with fountainbleau. Not long after I moved in, the apartments were purchased by a new owner and major renovation has been going on for the last year. The new staff has been very helpful and the gated front entrance has been a major plus! Being across the street from USM couldn't be more easy and also I like to run and fountainbleau has a private locked gate that allows you to walk right onto the Long-leaf Trace! When ... read more

They keep your deposit I used to live at Fountainbleau. When it came time to renew my lease I decided to move instead. I gave them ample notice when they asked me if I wanted to renew. I spent several days cleaning. I had lived there for 5 years and the carpet was terrible when I moved in. The manager kept telling me that if they did not replace it she would have it cleaned. Close to University, shopping and eating establishments Fountain Bleu apartments are across the street from USM, walking distance to many eating establishments and shopping. The manager and maintenance crew are super friendly and helpful. The rent is cheaper than most of the other apartments in the area. We have 3 courtesy officers in the apartment complex.
