I can’t be upset with fountain woods apartments. To be honest the score on google doesn’t reflect the proper rating and it should be higher. I’ve always had any issues quickly squared away. Even if I’m cranky in the morning after a long shift they will still come and fix whatever needs fixing with a smile on their faces

When the doors locked it usually means something. Also don’t go lying to your tenants when you can’t do your job properly. The maintenance crew will enter your apartment without prior notice, something I’ve complained about in the past yet seems they can’t get right.

I’ve had and outstanding experience so far but this situation with the maintenance men giving someone a key to my apartment that’s not on my lease is not right this make me feel very unsafe at me being 8 months pregnant and the rude new manager named Taylor is lying about a situation she never heard about the maintenance man admit to making a key for someone for my apartment and said that the person tried to jump onto the balcony.
