Good management. Would've renewed if my family wasn't expanding. Maintenance responds in a timely matter.
Just renewed my lease, this place has improved so much over the last 10 years. (Old friend used to live here). This includes housing and people. Maintenance needs are met within a timely manner as well as any emails. Rent did go up, but still affordable for me. Shared laundry facility is not an issue.
Do NOT ever rent an apartment at Fountain West in Trenton. My son had been threatened, neighbors fighting and threatening to shoot each other, smell of marijuana constantly permeating their clothes and with him being in military that can get him in trouble, bath tubs from other tenants have caused flooding in their entire apartment more than once and the property manager is a complete idiot. If you value your safety, your belongings and your life please don’t ever rent here

I reached out to for their rental requirements. I was sent a email stating that: Deposit varies depending on credit We do not accept: Evictions or Property Collections within the last 7 years Felony Criminal Conviction in 7 years. So I applied because I meet the requirements. I received a denial letter the same day and the reason was low credit. I was not told at all that there was a minimum credit score requirement.
