I have had no real problems, safe , nice , clean and the property manager was very helpful and friendly
I’ve enjoyed living at these apartments so far. They’re clean, well-maintained, and offered at a decent rate for the area. The manager, Michelle, was especially helpful—she was friendly, responsive, and made the whole move-in process smooth and stress free
I love staying here at Fountain West! The property manager Michelle is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and committed to providing the residents here with the best quality of living. My AC in my unit went out during the hottest week of June and she replaced quickly so I can be cool. If you are looking for a new place to stay, you are looking in the right place.
Lived for 2 years Michelle has been a blessing. She’s very helpful and knowledgeable!
She is actually living on site, which is HUGE, she responds when needed as well, unlike the past management who turn off their phone and treated it like a part time job without responsibilities.
