I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Lisa at the leasing office. I accidentally missed appointment to view a unit because I am balancing two jobs while attending school. When I called to explain the situation when I got some availability and see if there were any other options available, Lisa was rude, dismissive, and hung up on me before I could finish speaking. Fountainview has nice, spacious apartments, the management is conscientious and they are continually improving things. :)
Lisa, the new manager goes over and above to make sure everything is okay. She is very responsible and respectful. The grounds are kept up. The building I lived in was well maintained. Maintenance was quick to respond when needed.
I Have been a residents here for over seven years. Unfortunately I have to move to a bigger place. Property manager Lisa has done an outstanding job all these years. It's a very clean , safe place to live.julian always drives around with his cart and waves , he smiles at you as we are a family. I will truly miss this place
