The odd young black dude that lives in the apartment below me waits to hear that im relaxing almost as if he starts counting down after hearing me lay in bed or shut off the music and starts making loud sexually suggestive noises and pretending to be on the phone while he makes quirky sounds in what obviously is just an excuse to make noise that is reacting to what im trying to focus on doing. I looked at many apartment complexes in the area and none of them could compare to what Fountain View had to offer me. So when I first talked to Lisa, the property manager, she was so accommodating with my needs. I told her that I needed to move in in two months. And she found a place for me right on time. Lisa was so helpful and kind during the move-in process and I couldn’t be happier with my unit. I’ve been a tenant since April 2021, and there has been a rotation of property management in that time, RIP rhonda, who helped me first get placed into the apartment. I was 22, young, and never had an apartment before. I was treated with respect and compassion then, as I still am today, with Lisa. When she came into the office as leasing manager, she WHIPPED this place back into shape, in an instant. She is dependable, dedicated, and amazing at what she does. Big shout out to the staff who works here. They are always on point with communication, expectations, and they are a great team. The pool is well maintained, as well as the property. Well manicured, especially in the summer. The property manager allowed me to plant some flowers in the garden bed outside of my window. I’ve never had an apartment complex allow me to have that freedom, and they also appreciated the additional beautification, of the grounds. Thanks again for everything guys!
