Building = Poor quality Management = untrustworthy & non responsive Many Repairs Needed but not attended to. Owner takes no responsibility for awful living conditions. Tenants can easily be heard through paper thin walls.
Currently a resident at this complex. Complex has roaches and doesn't care to have surrounding units around us treated for the problem. Roaches are coming from one of the other units is what I was told by the exterminator when I spoke with him the last time he was at my unit. He also said he was supposed to come back for follow ups for my unit as well as surrounding units. But landlord has failed to give me updates or answer my texts when trying to get more info on this issue. Stay away from these apartments as well as Core ... read more
I loved living here. The apartments are big and it’s nice to have underground parking! You really can’t beat the location either! Loved living in the Avenues.
