Apply here ASAP! Just pay the non-refundable deposit 💸 and you’ll be promised a fully renovated apartment — even before the previous tenant moves out. That’s the kind of confidence you won’t find anywhere else. My apartment is super cozy, and everything is sparkling clean — just like new! 👍 I especially love the lingering aroma of spices left behind by the last tenant — it really adds a personal touch. 😻

Their response is unacceptable. While you claim I am an unauthorized roommate, I pay the same rent as any tenant and deserve the same rights and respect. Entering the apartment for repairs without any prior notice, even for an urgent issue, is a clear violation of tenant rights. Over three days, I was repeatedly disturbed early in the morning, and had workers entering both the bathroom and bedroom without proper communication. Terrible condition for an apartment and rude manager who just wants kick out old resident for new tenants. Waiting two years for a new AC.

Don’t live here. If I can rate it zero stars, I definitely would. Our stove remained on even though it was turned “off”. They are very rude and provided no help. We gotta “wait for maintenance” is all they would say, no other help was provided whatsoever. We emphasized that this was a serious matter, it is a fire hazard and we may call the fire department. They said that “there is no fire” implying that there’s nothing that could be done. Before all of this, we also called emergency services but they hung up on us. This is t... read more

The worst buildings around here. Price is definitely not worthy. Everything is way too old and can’t be fixed. We moved in two days ago and still on the process of cleaning and fixing all the old amenities. Don’t even think about moving in here if you can find any other apartments.
