Had hand surgery there a while ago, they asked me which knee they were going to do! My hand not my knee!! Worst pre AND post op I have ever had. Went to OCMEM for my other two surgeries and loved it!

We have been here for 16 days and this is the most incompetent hospital I have EVER had the displeasure of needing for my Mother! You will find that you will never get the same answer twice!! Doctors, speech therapy, nurses and case management... No one is on the same page! I will say, there are some staff here that has commiserated with my family and acknowledge that none of this is right but "it is how it is!" Say what??
