Staff is always so amazing. Never any waiting and everyone is very professional.
The staff here is absolutely amazing, from the front office to the hygienists to the dentists. They all communicate and make sure that patients know exactly what's going on and even check in with you the next day to follow up. They are all about customer service!
Awesome trustworthy, friendly and knowledgeable staffs. My daughter actually looks forward going to the dentist.
I, like many, have war stories of poor experiences. Usually it's in the form of actual pain, or just bad bedside manner (so-to-speak). Due to my apprehension about going, I neglected my teeth for a few years and I had a funny feeling that I'd need extensive work. A relative recommended Oceanic Dental (and Dr. Pham to be more precise) and I cannot agree with the recommendation more, I've had several fillings and such and so far it's been an absolute pleasure. My dental hygienist, Tara, was great! She provided me with a lot of info that I didn't know. I was very glad she clean my teeth THOUGHLY also. She was able to get to the tarter that my previous hygienist didn't get. She found all the build up and got rid of it. She was truthful and honest and I'm glad she cleaned my teeth. I am very particular to how my teeth are cleaned. I floss and brush everyday and I try to keep my teeth as clean as possible and I'm glad Tara treated my teeth the same. Thank you Tara!
I had an amazing experience at Oceanic Dental in fountain valley! They have the latest technology and tools to provide you with incredible dental care. More importantly they have an amazing team from the office assistant to the dental hygienist (Diana was incredible!) , ancillary staff and the dentist and owner...I can not sing enough praises about the whole practice! I had my root canal here performed by the skillful Dr. Nour. He was experienced, knowledgeable & just made me feel at ease during the whole process. Dr. Pham is so nice & the staff makes you feel taken care of. I am transferring my husband & kids here!
