I absolutely love the staff here! I have always felt heard and they take their time this is not like a typical mEdIcAiD dr office... we all know who that is where the wait can be over an hour and the staff is very rushy, nope not here the wait is fairly quick, the visit is always thorough and they dont forget things, scripts are sent on time, if I need a refill usually they send it within the same day and even follow up with calls to let you know they did it! Great office!! From the time I walk into the office to me walking out I feel very cared for, respected and heard. Everyone I've had the pleasure of seeing are polite, thoughtful and just a joy leaving me feeling like I'm pay off the family. Highly recommend!!!
Ive been seeing Dr. Jordan for a few years now. Absolutely adore her and her team. They always get me in when I needed. She has always went above and beyond for my care. She does a great job at helping her community. Shes an all-around good, caring person. Ive recommended Fountain Valley Healthcare care more times than I can count and will continue to do so.
