Fountain Valley Flooring (FV Flooring) came out for an estimate and was 10 min late...not the end of the world but not a good start. Mike then walked through the home and was not able to give me an estimate on site and said he would call me in the next few days with a price. After one week passed I assumed I would not get a call back and went with another company. Not Professional. I would recommend passing on this company.
