Got a quote before repairs were completed for around $3600 asking for some repairs and tires. I asked for a grand total AFTER repairs were completed and it was also $3600. I left my girlfriend with my credit card so she could go in a pay for it while I was at work and loaded it up with $3600. I later get a phone call from her saying my card declined and the total is over $3800. Had my card not declined, they would have upcharged me $200. On July 11 - My husband called in desperate need to get a valve stem swapped our for his truck. We were headed on the highway for a funeral and of course this happened!! We called, and the AMAZING staff squeezed us right in on a busy Saturday morning. Thankfully, we made it in time for the private family viewing before the service as well as the funeral. Fountain Tire staff - you have no idea how much this means to our family. We cannot thank you enough. Our business will be coming back for sure.
