I bought a set of winters here some years back, one was mounted backwards which they were happy to fix, the wights fell off of two tires which they were also happy to correct. But one tire the rubber was so badly out of balance that huge weight on the inside and outside of the rim were not enough to balance the tire… this was not something they were willing to replace. Usually I don't give a bad review but this one kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. So, I'm driving by this Fountain Tire and my transmission starts to slip and I get a notification on the vehicle. I pulled in as the store was right there. When they looked at it they texted me that it would $7,000 to fix if I wanted so whatever. It's just a write off type of thing. I’ll keep it short and sweet a few reasons why I have an issue with the integrity. After doing thousands of dollars of work with them and taking out their credit card they told me the rubber on my transmission mount was gone and had to replace the whole thing $2200. Went to a transmission place and they said rubber is fully there, just had to screw a bolt in properly so that it stopped moving and making that noise. Saved by a bolt and a 4 min fix.
