This is actually Bonnie who you helped while I was visiting Thunder bay. The two women at the front were very very helpful as I had had a flat while using my nephew’s car and it was my last day to spend time with my sister. They were even giving me one of the tires their staff had ordered if the tire couldn't be fixed. Luckily they were able to repair tire. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Than you so much.
Went to fountain Tire because I was told they were good and the cheapest in town for tire repair. Walked in the parts and service door to talk to somebody. There was four guys just chatting away for 3 minutes while I just stood there not one person said hello or can I help you with something. They just continue to talk and then like two of them came out of the office and still continue to talk while I just stood there. So I just turned around and stormed out. Keep looking if you need help! They couldn’t give a rats ass about their customers. Called at 8:00 in the a.m, said they couldn’t do anything until afternoon, had it there at 3:00 after getting a couple of air fill ups, and they then said they didn’t have time to plug the tire that day. We were 3 minutes down the road and just needed air in the tire to get there. They were too busy for that. Can you imagine? No we couldn’t either. Lesson learned.
