less than impressed. brought in my work truck with a battery issue. they diagnosed the main battery as being fine and emphatically claimed the Ford Econoline didn't have a auxiliary frame mounted battery under the side cargo doors. Which I know the company factory orders all fleet trucks with the Auxiliary battery with. I took it to another shop that had no problem finding the 2nd battery and sure enough it was dead, and replaced BOTH defective batteries. I think this might be my 2nd review for this shop which I never usually do but I feel it is appropriate. Ever think to yourself, "I wish I had a shop/mechanic I never had to worry about as far as fair pricing, expertise, trustworthy etc", well I do, rather I used to. Great shop- willing to work with you to fit you in if you have an emergency. They give good advice and detailed reports of your vehicle. They always ask before doing any work to make sure you know what's going on. They are good at breaking things down so you can understand what's going on. My favourite shop I've been to in Sudbury and I definitely plan on continuing to go here
