Great reception and service. Fountain Tire Sylvan Lake has become my vehicle service shop. Reactive management makes the service center much better. Always looking to improve.
Terrible customer service. I asked if I could get a leaky tire repaired and they said they were closing for the day. No vehicles were in the back and the shop guys were doing nothing. If you need a tire fixed, go somewhere else. 1 star shop!!
I’ve been coming here for tires and rims since I’ve lived in sylvan when ever I can the staff are always great and they are always able to work with scheduling. They do so much more then just tires and rims so go see them for all your automotive needs and they will help you out great place great customer service.
