I’ve lived at fountain terrace for almost a year and it’s a great complex. The gym has great equipment, it’s quiet, and clean.
I was overly impressed by the management teams knowledge of the community and willingness to answer all of my questions during our tour as this will be my first apartment and Jordan really took the time to sit with me and make sure I understood everything. I can't wait to move in soon!
I liked the brand new apartment when I moved in. Property management was very friendly, knowledgeable about everything and were quick to respond to any issue. With the new management, I'm not able to get a conclusion to the fire alarms that chirp all night.
