Completely disingenuous dealership! I had an appointment to see a vehicle- drove 90 minutes to get there- only for them to say the vehicle had previously sold an hour before. Someone named Erica who I had set the appointment up with couldn’t even answer the phone when I arrived. Coward. The whole air of the place was unfriendly. Don’t waste your time going here like I wasted mine.
The staff at Fountain Atlutomall is very knowledgeable and friendly. They made me feel like family from the minute I walked in. Buying a vehicle has never been easier!
If I can give zero stars I would ! Very disappointed on how they are handling this situation. I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership because of poor communication and a lack of transparency throughout my purchase. This will be my last time buying a vehicle from them, and I would not recommend them. “Will” Wilfredo Rivera was my service advisor for my appointment for my battery. Not only did I have issues with him over the phone when making the actual appointment but, also problems with him in person. He seemed very arrogant and did not help me at all. He told me that a battery costs $450 which it in fact does not because I can get a battery for less than $250 at any auto parts store where they install it for me. I asked him if he would be able to charge the battery for me and he said “we could but, it”ll cost you $270.... read more
Worst service department that has ever existed. they do not let people know the status of their cars when it is brought in for service. This will be that last time aI will visit this dealership. I woiuld give sero stars but that is not possible.
