I recently purchased a new 2025 Sierra 1500, along with the service package for the vehicle. I had my second service today with Jonathan Gil and Christie Lenart at Fountain Buick GMC, and the experience they provided was exceptional. I’ve owned a GMC for 10+ years, and this was the easiest appointment I’ve had. Truly looking forward to my next service visit if it’s a similar experience!
I’ve purchased or leased multiple vehicles from Fountain Auto Mall over the past 20 years and have always been satisfied—until now. This last experience has completely changed my opinion. Called to book an appointment for recall issue. AI answers and took the message but no return call. Tried again. No return call.
First impressions matter! They have no signs showing where GM service is. Turns out you need to go to the back through the Acura service entrance. Get to the service area and the nice gentleman there says little to me other than he'll take care of me. No greeting or information. The service rep agrees that it's convoluted to find the service entrance. Ya think? How about putting one or two signs up!! The waiting are is pretty bad as well. Super bad business practice! I made a deal on a pre-owned car and after agreement, signed the pencil. They ran my wife's credit, submitted to the banks, affected my wife's credit, and agreeing to finalize the deal next day, the salesman call to say that the manager sold the car to someone else! What is wrong with people? Who this guy think he is?? I'm not expecting nothing different than this guy calling me and let me know when he will remove all the inquiries he did on my wife's credit!
