Horrible experience! Manager said if I don’t finance with GM Financial, there’s no deal. He then proceeded to tell me he called to get the credit check denied. If you are gonna make me finance with you guys, that’s something you have to clarify before submitting my credit. I have a 780 score and they wanted to give me almost 14% interest.
Horrible experience. 3rd time I go here and last. Not only did I have a problem with my appt upon arrival since the person quit last minute but also was being charged over $3,000 for my air bag sensor being on after we told them they must’ve unplugged something when they changed my radio. They told me air bags needed to be replaced so instead I took it to another mechanic spot and turns out something was UNPLUGGED. A simple fix that they didn’t bother to even check.
