I regret making a purchase from this company. Customer service non existent and they are very rude on the phone. I would not recomend them to anyone. AVOID.

I ordered the Fiorentina Multi Effects Water Feature in May 2024, and it blew me away! A huge pump and tube, very long cord and light certainly exceeded my expectations. I turned it on and I can easily say, I'm more than grateful!! Daniel was amazing and delivered it himself because I was close by. already recommended them and I'd order from them from now on. AMAZING!!! (I use the lights at night)

Sounds like the owner’s business model is "service with a lousy attitude"! It's a wonder he hasn't been outsourced to the unemployment line with that attitude!

We purchased the Vista Natural Wall Water Feature unit in November 2022, from the Fountain Store for $1300.00. As this was a newly build property, it was very difficult getting the landscaping Company in December 2002, as it was a combination of their work schedule, their Christmas break / New Year holidays through to mid January 2023.
