I highly recommend Legend Park, I have lived here for 2 years and am posibly accepting a job near Wisconsin. If I do get the job I can only hope I find a complex that will be as nice and treat me as well. I will not be happy to leave
I love it here – I don't know why everyone seems to not like it here because I've been living at Legend Park for over a year now and I love it. Sure it has its problems, but every place does. When something breaks the maintenance crew fixes everything right away and if there is ever a problem the staff is very helpful. I live alone on the ground floor and I feel very safe. It has been good, we had some flooding and Electrical problems when we move in, but everything was taken care off. My children and my husband have enjoy all the community amenities like the Clubhouse, Racquetball Court,Fitness Center, and the Children's playground.
Fine example of third world living – Cutters Point is 60 year old dilapidated complex and a rotten example of what an "apartment home" is supposed to be. If there was a truth in advertising law they would have to call them "craphole apartments". If you can afford a little more then you will be smart to try some place else. Google "Cutters Point Apartments" and you will get all the reasons to look elsewhere. Buyer beware.
These are great!!!! no lies here!!! – this would be my second apartment,,, i chosed it because it was close to my parent's house and my job. i never would have thought a place could or would be so quite. they were fast with my paper work. i just wish they would be fast to get me another dryer or fix this one so it dont have 10 hrs to dry. i would recommend this place to everybody,. other than that problem the place is perfect! I love it!!!
