Get everything in writing! Staff will tell you anything. And unfortunately it's just the culture of the community. I've had nothing but nonstop problems. Told things were brand new and I've had at least 5 things break since moved in. Definitely save yourself the headache. Get your own appraiser and attorney involved in the process. #TerribleExperience
My mother has lived in this community for over 15 years, we picked it out for her and absolutely could not be happier ��. I got stuck today in some deep snow and the awesome maintenance guys came to my rescue ( Tony and Kevin). They helped me get it unstuck, then went above and beyond and helped with a mechanical issue. I love those guys and they do a great job keeping up the community. Kathy and Melissa are also great and always helpful. I would def recommend this community to everyone!!!! ��

My fiancee and I moved here 2 years ago and both had allot of medical problems going on. These wonderful people helped us by painting our shed mowing our lawn all year. They rebuilt my porch and put new blinds in our home and fixed the broken Windows. I honestly don't know how to thank these ppl enough they truly went out of there way when they didn't have to a huge thank you to Tony,JT,Mike, and Mandy we are truly grateful for everything you guys did for us this past year!!!! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!
