Great location and price
Full of roaches laundry room dirty and the washer take your money because they don’t work
Didn't know they are also called Olathe 72 before we moved in. Check out the reviews under that name. When we moved in, I immediately saw a roach as soon as I opened the door. I see a couple every day still despite the bait traps, sprinkled borax, and making sure no food is left out. Maintenance is very hit or miss. Sometimes they respond within a couple days. Roach infested apartments didn't even let us know before moving us in.
This place is super nice!! Love all the upgrades they’re doing!! Looks very good!
