Didn't know they are also called Olathe 72 before we moved in. Check out the reviews under that name. When we moved in, I immediately saw a roach as soon as I opened the door. I see a couple every day still despite the bait traps, sprinkled borax, and making sure no food is left out. Maintenance is very hit or miss. Sometimes they respond within a couple days.
