This place is a joke. We applied for an apartment here and got approved. We paid our security deposit and first months rent. The day that we went to go pick up our keys and MOVE IN they told us that they changed their minds and our dog would not be allowed after all. Mind you, our dog is NOT one of the restricted breeds and is a total sweetheart. They also refused to give us back our security deposit and first months rent. Stay away … I lived here for nearly 5 years and would be considered a model tenant by any measure. The apartment was not properly cleaned from construction when I moved in, and I left it nearly spotless when I moved out, yet was charged huge cleaning fees. The pictures provided to justify the fees were not even my apartment… so shady. Requested maintenance was never performed. I was threatened with immediate eviction for putting up a Ring doorbell. Rent was increased by huge amounts every year. Awful management! Stay away!
Best place to rent. New owners are friendly and very nice. They are up for community and doing lots of improvements
The new management really cares about tenants at Fountain Ridge. Solid 5-star. You won’t regret living here!
