I currently live here and not only because of the out of control notices, there is a crack head named Billy who rips people off on up keeping neighbors' lawns but also snoops around, waits for you to meet some people he's not "cool with" and then steals your stuff. I've not only had a propane tank go missing but now a mower. When JUST yesterday, I made sure he wouldn't have a couple extra yards and mowed the neighbors' places FOR FREE. Why? If this park is ran by Moore Enterprises it not a good place to live. We have even more issues at Fairlane Mobile. They need a good district manager who has the skills to get the job done,and not a dumbass.
Management is a bit extreme in their requests, and quick to threaten eviction if you don't comply
i lived there for yrs and had different Managers I do not think this is a good run Mobile home Park They only give 30 days to fix things and if you do not have much money for Maint or are a Single woman this is not the Place for you do not move in here The roads are in bad shape also
Its a Nazi camp. 5 violations this year. They just drive around to find problems. Yet look at the park itself. Looks like shit. Love the new pave job. You guys seriously blow. I do not recommend anyone to live here.
