I am raised few issues water leaking in bathroom and kitchen from top floor I have raised number of complaints no proper response till date , the maintenance people entered to the house asks for few more days they are not even coming after that to fix the issue. One of bathroom carpet got wet maintenance asked me use fan to dry the carpet instead of fixing the problem
Good Place to reside and Friendly staff and amenities are great.
I have been here going on 6 years and haven’t had to reach out many times for assistance. It’s Friday night and I just got home from work to find my smoke detector chirping. I assumed that it was an indication that the battery needed to be changed. I took the unit down, but there was no battery to replace in the chirping continued. I called for maintenance and they told me that this was not considered to be an emergency and I would have to wait until Monday to have the issue dealt with.
