Fountain place management doesn’t even care about the residents in community, they’ll just try to lure our money!! Even basic amenities are not provided, the worst management I have ever seen!! I would never step into this community ever again!!!!
Fountain Place Apartments has the worst management I have ever dealt with. The staff is unresponsive, rude, and completely indifferent to residents’ concerns. Maintenance requests take forever to be addressed—if they even get addressed at all. The parking situation is a nightmare, and they seem to tow cars at random without any clear explanation. Poor maintenance worst management
Worst management i ever seen. So glad i am moving out soon.
I’ve lived at Fountain Place going on 2.5 years. When I was first moved into my apartment it was very obvious that it had never been cleaned from the last tenants. This was very upsetting as I was 7 months pregnant at the time and moving can already be such a hassle. Upon inspecting our apartment we noticed there were dead roaches underneath our kitchen cabinets. We also had stained countertops and peeling cheap flooring.
