If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. Don't live here; the apartments are actually fountains! Our first flooding incident was when SEWAGE water backed from pipes below our unit and began rising up from beneath our washer. We called the emergency maintenance number and they didn't answer! The problem continued through the night. Eventually the water flooded our entire kitchen, bathroom, bathtub, and hallways TWICE. There was literally human feces in our tub. I signed the lease on an apt here and picked up keys today. I worked with Tiffani at the leasing office. She was helpful, answered all my questions, and took her time through the whole process. She was great to work with.

Apartment staff and amenities are mostly okay, however inside of the buildings are often disgusting due to other residents. People leave furniture, trash, and even spills or random stains all around the building. There is also a huge amount of children here who run around with no adult supervision. If you don’t like hearing kids scream 24/7 you should not live here. Even inside there are constantly kids running and screaming up and down the halls.
