Great Staff, they are great about getting work orders taken care of quickly
Alex, Jeff, and Ed and fantastic. They just got a new housekeeper who seems to be really good.
I’d like to start with the pros. It is a spacious apartment, I enjoy the location, the public areas are kept very clean. Cons is I moved in and the blinds were bent. I was told that maintenance would not replace them because they weren’t damaged enough to justify replacement. Furthermore, my living room windows won’t open and I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to get new ones. After 2 months, I sent an email asking about them and never received a reply.
