Terrible experience. Day 1 moved in & things were already messed up. They also advertised that every bedroom (3) had ceiling fans which was complete false advertisement. I would have not signed a lease without fans, so I got approval to have them installed which costed several hundreds of dollars. Submitted work orders & they were never resolved even up until move out. Don’t plan to get your deposit back because they charge you for the essentials that are their own expenses.
