I've lived in this apartment for 2 years and am leaving due to personal reasons. The neighborhood has always been quiet, the facilities are well-maintained, and it’s amazing and great that there has been absolutely no smell of cigarettes or marijuana. My family & I have been here for 4 years. Lots of car brake ins for a while we had 3-4 cars brake ins every week. Company can care less they said they are not responsible! No cámaras no front gate. Homeless people come in as they please. A while back a criminal who had stole a car made it inside the property he had a Weapon police came and took care of situation.
