WORST PLACE EVER! – If you’re thinking about living here, DON’T! I made the mistake of moving into Fountain Oaks Apartments in July of 2010 while I'm in college because they had a great move in special and it was something I could afford. They had gorgeous pictures online, walking around I didn’t see any reason to not like this place, then I moved in… My first week was a nightmare, and I wanted to move out as soon as possible but I was stuck in my lease. NO ONE SHOULD MOVE IN FOUNTAIN OAKS!!!!! – I MOVED INTO FOUNTAIN OAKS ABOUT A YEAR AGO WORST APTS ESPECIALLY FOR MY FIRST ONE.. Bed Bugs – Ruining my life
Very Poorly Run – I've been here for over a year and we moved here because we moved from out of state so we weren't familiar with the area. There are constant fights and arguments in the parking lot among residents. Management doesn't follow through with threats to kick these people out. My daughter isn't allowed to play outside because the neighborhood kids destroy a the landscaping on a regular basis. The "playground" is just a large sand box. Dont Live Here – Living in Fountain Oaks was like living in hell. I moved there from Tucson and the first day it had pests. THEY WOULDN'T LET ME OUT OF MY LEASE. I had a 2 month old baby that had to spend a year with pests by his crib in a HOT apartment. Management started hating me because I was in there every week asking for pest control. Then the fridge went out (which apparently happens to every apartment there). Then we got three flat tires in one month in there parking lot because they wouldn't hire a street sweeper. Do You Want to LIve In Your Worst Nightmare???!!!! – These apartments are HORRIBLE!!!! Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else. We moved here from Texas not knowing the city and we rented this apartment over the internet and talking to the manger on the phone. She said they were beautiful apartments that were newly remodeled and beautiful exterior. Blindingly we signed a one year contract and have been stuck in a nIghmare.
