Terrible customer service!! I had a mani pedi at Fountain Nails, and in 2 days it was all flaking and chipping. I have gone there for five years. I never do gel polish. I went to show them and to get different polish. They wouldn’t even fix my chipped nail polish. They said they wouldn’t guarantee their job because I didn’t get gel polish. I told them I never get gel and it lasts a week or more. I don’t believe that they would have guaranteed the job if it had been gel either. Will not go back.
They always do such an amazing job! Today during my pedicure I got really sick and they were so kind and caring and helped me every way they could! Will always recommend this place!
