Fountain Mini Storage overcharged us for 2 day rental as well as \$71.00 in fuel for the truck. We went to the office to discuss the possibility of a refund but the young lady (Samantha) was the most impolite, insolent and least professional manager we had ever seen!!! She did not want to listen to us, rolling her eyes every time we were saying something. She never took the time to look our contract in her computer and try to solve the problem. U-Haul just lost a long date customer because of HER!!!
