I lived at this property for about one year, and unfortunately, it was a very difficult experience for my family. The management was extremely strict and often disrespectful in their communication. Bad neighborhood, they complain even if you let them slam the door. I received a visit for 30 minutes at my house and they reported it to the tow truck and everything was fine car in the visitor's parking space and with permits and even so it was towed. If you want to have peace and live well, this is not the place And an important detail for you not to rent or buy anything from this place is the rat infestation has already been exterminator in my apartment and Even so, it continues to appear
Do not rent here, especially if you are young. The condo association will have it out for you. The association is run by evil, miserable 80 year olds who are nice to your face but scheme up ways of milking you for money (made up fines) to make minor pointless repairs. I swear they are pocketing most of the money. We have a toothless 17 year old Yorkie who never barks and can barely walk.
