I did get new carpet, a new frig, and later a new dishwasher...But does that make up for the fact that the walls are patched up, windows leak air and water, the cabinets are bowed with water damage? The area is nice- but don't be fooled into thinking they are luxury apartments. Be ready to pay up when you leave as well. Farewell!
I've had experience living at Fountain Lake for over 2 years now. I moved here for college, and I haven't had an issue since. Neighbors are able to leave packages out almost all day, they never get stolen or taken. I feel so safe here since we're a gated community, and there are so many complexes it feels like everyone has my back. The apartments are very nice and updated, and I rarely hear my neighbors unless it's something really loud. I would recommend Fountain Lake to anybody looking to move into an apartment complex.
Been living in Fountain Lake for almost 3 years now and I never had any issues. Office personnels are always nice, friendly, understanding, provide an excellent customer service at all times, and most importantly communication is superb. In the event I have an issue in my apartment that needs to be fixed, their maintenance fix it within 24 hours and if they don’t get to it right away, office calls to let me know and gives an ETA. Fountain Lake Apartments is the best apartments I’ve ever lived. I’ve lived here over 4 years and plan to stay for a while. The maintenance is Always very timely. It’s very quiet, kinda hidden from the road, secure and friendly neighbors. I’ve visited with others within complex and they feel the same. Highly recommend!
