My AC went out during one of the hottest days of the year and it was addressed immediately! Maintenance showed up same day and provided a window unit to help keep the apartment cool until the AC was fully repaired the next day. The grounds are also kept clean and communication with the office has always been timely.
This apartment complex used to have reserved accessible parking spaces for tenants with handicap placards, making it much easier for residents with disabilities to access their homes. Unfortunately, management decided to remove those designated reserved spaces and replace them with general reserved parking. Since this change, tenants with disabilities no longer have reserved accessible parking, and these spaces are frequently occupied by vehicles that do not display handicap placards. BEWARE OF THEFT! VEHICLES BROKEN INTO REPEATEDLY GATES LITERALLY ALWAYS BROKEN OR COMPLETELY MISSING
I’m just gonna give you the facts about this complex. I’ve lived here two years. They do not have working gates. They have not had gates here for a long time. If you are handicapped, be prepared to fight for a parking place with people that do not have a handicap spot. They don’t enforce their leash laws except via email. The office staff is less than friendly, but I’ll tell you what gets a Five Star with me with this complex is the maintenance crew!!!!!
