Move in process was great! OG+E took their time getting my utilities information back to me, and everyone was super understanding and supportive of that! Jasmine helped me from the moment I walked into the doors to tour, and she was the one who handed me my keys. When I got there there was a smoke alarm chirping. So I made a maintenance request that night and the next morning before noon the got back to me and fixed the issue! Love the quick turn around time.
The maintenance personnel at fountain lake have always been amazing. They are personable and they always get the job done they are definitely A shining spot of the property
It took multiple days but is satisfying to be complete.
