Office staff comes off very rude most of the time. Gates worked 5 months out of the 3/4 years I lived there. The pools will close randomly without notice but don’t worry they will give you a threatening notice to shut them down if one person messes up. The apartment has trash blowing around. Residents have done the watering and landscaping when the property fails to do so. When it snows the will make sure to pack your car in but hey free day off work I suppose. Parking is absolutely awful. I wish they would give parking stickers like other apartment complexes do, and make guests park in the front.
We are so happy and comfortable living here! The maintenance staff—including Johnny, Ned, Shawn, Will, and another young man whose name I can’t remember—have all been incredibly helpful whenever we’ve had maintenance needs. Vanessa and Samantha have always been quick to respond to any questions or concerns and have handled everything promptly and professionally. My AC went out during one of the hottest days of the year and it was addressed immediately! Maintenance showed up same day and provided a window unit to help keep the apartment cool until the AC was fully repaired the next day. The grounds are also kept clean and communication with the office has always been timely.
