Two years ago, we discovered Fountain Hills VIP and have used no other service since. We were frequent flyers (pre-COVID) so used Michael's service several times. Please do yourself a favor - if you have an excuse to be driven about town, to the airport, or just for a night out, reach out to Fountain Hills VIP. You'll be glad you did.
Michael is very unprofessional. In worrying about his other clients he wanted to cancel our trip to the airport because he couldn’t make it in time to pick them up. Well, schedule accordingly and say no when you can’t. I would appreciate that more than the constant changes to our pick up time. In a text he was canceling our ride to the airport. Bad form!!! Do not use this service!
