McDowell Mountain Cycles is a bike shop that all others should model themselves after. They are 5-star in everything they do - service, product, support, friendliness, and expert knowledge. You'd be proud to call them your Local Bike Shop. I feel like I'm part of the family even if I'm a winter visitor. Had an absolutely fantastic experience at McDowell Mountain Cycles! The equipment is clearly high-end and meticulously maintained—you can tell they take pride in their fleet. Joe, Jamie, Will and the rest of the staff are truly top-notch; they didn't just hand me a bike, they took the time to get me properly fitted and oriented. They also got me up to speed on all the best local trails and even invited me out for their Sunday gravel ride.
