horrible management. raising rent at any time during your lease, doesn't fix anything. property grounds are not maintained.
I was visiting our kids who live at these apartments. I could not believe how loud the neighbors were. Apparently there is no sound proofing in the walls or floors. Their neighbors are incredibly noisy, even all night long. It seems that loud, obnoxious tenants are allowed to live here without any consequences from the management.
Infested with rats, roaches, and mold. I'm still waiting on maintenance ,a year later, to fix things that were broken when I moved in. I have pictures to prove it! AND they had the nerve to raise rent $200 a month this year! This def should be against the law! NEWS Channel 4 where are you??!!
Just went in the office to get some information and the lady in there really rude told me that i need to come back in 30 minutes now it is 3:30 and they are closing at 4pm pretty sure the office will be closed by then.
