Horrible place to live in. Unless you like obnoxious, inconsiderate people then this complex is for you. Lakeside Apartments is infested with roaches and termites. When mentioned to the landlord nothing was done about it. There’s literally ONLY 3 visitor parking spots of which are always taken by people who live there. Washer and dryers are almost always out of order. People are always going into the pool around 4am although the sign clearly states from dusk till dawn. I gave them 3 stars because of the size of our apt. I'm praying new management does a better job - but can't possibly be worst than the last. Unfortunately, this Place hasn't hanged much - with the history it has - because it used to be a great place to live - Sad!!!
Worst place to live. Maintenance and landlord could care less about your problems. I live in the first unit next to the side entrance door and it slams shut so loud to the point where I can't even sleep. My girlfriend has called the maintenance company twice on different days and still nothing has been done. She's even contacted the landlord directly and no one seems to care.
