I love it here at Fountain Club since I moved here on September of 2025. Cecelia and the office workers or respectful and helpful. From maintenance to the housekeeping staff or nice.

I have lived here for nearly three years, and the apartment itself is very spacious. I do wish it had more updated or refined finishes to better complement the size of the unit. The hallways could also benefit from some aesthetic updates. Maintenance is generally responsive, and when I call the office, I usually receive a timely response. However, email communication can be inconsistent, as responses are sometimes delayed or not received. The location is very convenient, and overall, it is a fairly good community.

This has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, maintenance has only done quick band-aid fixes instead of real repairs. Issues get “patched,” but nothing is ever properly resolved, and the same problems keep coming back over and over. The quiet and serene atmosphere upon entering the complex. Management has improved on the maintenance and upkeep of the area and apartments.
