Why In heavens name would someone pay 2081 dollars for a 2 bedroom with 1 bath and No washer and dryer. This is the corporate greed we’re talking about for housing cost.
I moved from Fountain Club last year in 2023 after being there for 7 years. I lived in the midrise and never saw roaches in my apartment until last year. I left because of weed smoke and vaping smells coming through my vents, constant leaks and ineffective management. There were constant leaks in my apartment with water damage and running water pouring from my ceiling for nearly three weeks.
