Well I've been living at Foundry Square Apartments since 7/5/25 n enjoy it very much. It's quiet everybody's friendly. It's wonderful community to live in n n I guess the only drawback I have is parking. I don't own a vehicle but I do have regular family who visit weekly so it's very inconvenient. Other than parking It's great place to live u just have to b prepared to move ur vehicle daily n if u have 2 vehicles ull park 1 in local garage or on street whichever is more convenient for u. Property looks spectacular and staff seems to genuinely care about residents and potential concerns of the surrounding neighborhood. I’d highly recommend considering this community if looking for an affordable option in the Frederick, MD area!

This place sucks i tried to put my mother in here I was referred by a friend of my daughters was told the place was low in come so when I tried to put the application in mind u my mother is 70 years old they told me my mom didn't have a enough income and wanted to charge the rent plus more every month this place is not low income they just want your money a big waste of time don't even waste your time or energy on this place there is nothing no low income for the elderly people here I wouldnt give this place a 1 for a rating... read more
Outside Parking is limited however there is a parking garage just fyi.
