I have had the pleasure of living in Fredrick MD for the last year. While living in Frederick I was able to experience this wonderful property. There was no amenity that was neglected to my liking. It is a great and safe area with a security presence. I also got to meet the property manager. Ms Kameka, was very attentive to my needs and always looking to help in any way she could. I would highly recommend you take a second look if you’re thinking of coming to Frederick MD.
I had a really great experience working with the team here, especially with Kameka. From the first phone call to getting all my questions answered, they were patient, professional, and genuinely kind. They took the time to explain everything clearly, whether it was about rent, billing, or the leasing process. It made everything feel less stressful and more welcoming. You can tell they actually care about people, not just the job. Definitely one of the best management experiences I’ve had.
Shunta is amazing and very easy to work with! Hassle free parking and an overall great property.
