The pace goes as hard as you want to go allowing you to get into shape without feeling left behind by the class. There are people in fantastic shape and people just getting into shape. All working together and equally inspiring the other. At 50 my core is in the best shape ive bewn in in years.
The best workout you can get anywhere. And trust me I hate working out but this place and trainer Eric keeps me motivated! The best!!
If you are looking for a great gym and a great workout this is definitely the place to go. The staff is very supportive during the workout to keep you motivated. Every day is a new workout to keep you on your toss.

This is the kind of Gym I was looking for where to push you they encourage you to always do your best and they adapt to your level of fitness. They give you individual attention when require. Wonderful trainers
Best workout you can find. Varies every day, weights, cardio, pliometrics, chaos, you name it, you get it. Keeps you coming back for more, and creating a team mentality to get through the hour. Outstanding.
The trainers really care about their clients. They Never stop encouraging us. Every time is a different routine. I had tried different gyms and never accomplished what I did at foundry, in just a couple of months. Making a lot of progress. I glad I found Foundry!!
